Elwin G. Williams, III is a trained bassist with more than 10 years of experience playing funk, rock, and hip-hop. Born and raised in the Bay Area, Elwin transitioned into a producer and rapper using live instruments and samples to create funky and dynamic beats. He’s toured with many famous artists and opened his own studio, BeatLayers Studio, in Vacaville, CA to support local artists.
