Today’s Future Sound will be doing its monthly beat battle fundraiser at Showdown in San Francisco.  Producers/beatmakers are given songs (samples) to “flip” which they must turn into one minute beats (and in the case of the fourth and final round, remix a rap acapella of their choosing).  These beats will be played head to head live, as well as going on the Galt McDermot Beat Battle Tape which will be available for free download at both http://todaysfuturesound.bandcamp.com as well as in our “music” section under the sub heading “beat battle tapes” here on todaysfuturesound.dev1-ironistic.com for all to enjoy.  The winner gets a Keith McMillen QuNeo pad midi-controller and lifetime membership to iStandard Producers website.
