Today’s Future Sound is proud to announce that founder/director Dr. Elliot Gann and TFS instructor (as well as being co-founder of Beatshop Labs) Korin Wong-Horiuchi have been chosen to participate in the US State Department and UNC Chapel Hill’s Next Level program. Dr. Gann and Korin will teach beat making as conflict-resolution in Senegal and India, respectively. They will travel at the end of April to Washington D.C. to meet with State Department and UNC staff, as well as other Hip Hop artists participating in the program. Korin will go to India next month, while Dr. Gann will go January of 2015. TFS is excited to move beyond North America and deliver beats education across the globe!
